Dustin Hudson | Managing Partner
Dustin Hudson is the founder and CEO of Fox 3 Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on helping everyday investors build wealth through multifamily real estate. A proud father of four adventurous kids who share his love for sports and the outdoors, Dustin brings the same energy and passion to his family life as he does to every investment opportunity.
As a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran and F-16 fighter pilot, Dustin flew combat missions across multiple theaters and learned to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where decisions carried life-changing consequences. Today, he applies those same skills—decisiveness, discipline, and strategic thinking—to identify high-potential multifamily properties in dynamic, emerging markets across the U.S.
